Reuse Denver: The Table Public House

The Table Public House is a family-friendly coffee shop and bar by the South Platte River. It's owned and operated by a local non-profit with a mission of providing access to healthy food. The Table Public House offers various drinks, small plates, and catered events. Its peak season is the holidays, hosting dinners for up to 250 people in its private event space. The kids' area, a major highlight, has games, a bee-themed play structure, and a stage. There is also a co-working space on site. All these amenities make it a true community hub.

The Table Public House encourages customers to bring their own cups for to-go orders. They incentivize this behavior with discounts, because they know it reduces waste. Staff ask each customer if their order is for dine in or take away, and try to limit disposables to only to-go orders. But this wasn't always possible due to some gaps in their inventory of reusables. So, they joined Reuse Denver to complete their transition to 100% reusable service ware for onsite dining.
