Before joining Reuse Denver, MyKings had never offered reusable dishes for onsite dining. The owner-operator hired her first employee to help with washing dishes by hand. The increased labor costs of dishwashing exceeded the savings from not purchasing disposables. But, LeDay has since grown her business. She’s invested in even more reusables for catering community events, and her employee now manages the storefront.
