Green Sports Alliance: AEG & Levy

At its German venues, Uber Arena [17,000 capacity] and Uber Eats Music Hall [4,350 capacity] in Berlin and Barclays Arena [15,000 capacity] in Hamburg, AEG sought to replace all biodegradable PLA disposable cups because it was looking for a reliable, reusable cup system that fit its multipurpose setup. In February 2023, AEG and its catering partner, Levy Restaurants, introduced on-site cup-washing systems in Berlin and Hamburg. See page 70 of the attached report.
