A community of NGOs, entrepreneurs, local organizations, community leaders, and governments working to catalyze reuse.

For government leaders & employees: in combination with the RSN, Upstream also convenes 2-3 separate, annual dedicated sessions to focus on policy solutions and challenges—the Government Reuse Forum.
Held quarterly, each 90-minute meeting focuses on a specific topic and features guest speakers and presentations, followed by discussion/Q&A.

About the Forum
Launched in Fall 2022, in partnership with the Ocean Plastics Leadership Network (OPLN) and Meridian Institute, the RRAF offers opportunities to forge connections among leaders of major NGOs, companies, and governments.
Phase I included plenaries for the Foodservice, Beverage, and CPG sectors to align around barriers, foster enabling conditions to scale, and launch projects to help scale reuse in these sectors. Phase I is now complete.
