MATT PRINDIVILLE is CEO of UPSTREAM, a non-profit organization sparking solutions to plastic pollution through innovative policy, systems and culture change. Matt is a recognized thought leader within the plastic pollution community, advises the United Nations Environment Program on their plastic pollution strategies, co-founder of the global "Break Free from Plastic" Movement and founder of the Cradle2 Coalition and “Make It Take It” Campaign.

MIRIAM GORDON is Policy Director at UPSTREAM and lives in the Bay Area. She has been a toxics and waste policy leader for over 20 years and developed technical assistance programs that have helped a variety of business sectors prevent pollution and increase sustainability. In 2012, Miriam launched the award-winning ReThink Disposable program that helps businesses save money by transitioning to reusables in food service.
