Los Molinos Restaurant in Denver's Five Points neighborhood is a family-owned gem. It's steeped in tradition and located in a charming building on Bruce Randolph Avenue. The restaurant's setup is casual, allowing for quick meals or custom orders that cater to everyone's needs. Los Molinos offers a blend of homemade Mexican food and familystyle hospitality.

A key feature is its salsa bar filled with family recipes. Diners can choose salsas from mild to spicy. The restaurant hoped the salsa bar would add a personal touch for customers. But the disposable plastic ramekins used to serve the salsas did not help achieve that goal. Los Molinos Restaurant joined Reuse Denver to improve customer experience with reusable dishes. They also hoped to reduce waste and costs associated with the disposables they were using.
