ReThink Disposable: House of Bread

The House of Bread Soup Kitchen is in the center of Connecticut’s Capitol City. Today the House of Bread volunteers serve over 250 daily meals to food-insecure residents. The facility had some reusable serviceware and a functioning commercial dishwasher but primarily relied on donations of disposable cups, bowls, and utensils.
