The Reusies 2023 call for nominations

The third annual Reuse Awards to be held on June 7, 2023

National nonprofit Upstream – which focuses on eliminating single-use waste with reuse solutions – announces that third annual Reuse Awards are back. Helping to shine a light on the heroes of the movement, The Reusies will celebrate the pioneers and trailblazers of reuse across the U.S. and Canada with a virtual program and, new for 2023, a live presentation at GreenBiz’s Circularity 23 conference in Seattle.

The public nomination period is now open. The event will feature a total of seven awards recognizing impact and innovation in business and community action: 

  • Community Action of the Year in two categories:

    • Policy

    • Building Reuse

  • Activist of the Year

  • Most Innovative Reuse Company in three categories:

    • Consumer Packaged Goods

    • Food & Beverage

    • Fashion & Apparel

  • Corporate Initiative of the Year

Nominations close on February 24th. Businesses and individuals can self-nominate or nominate others. More information about the awards and nomination process can be found at www.thereusies.org.
